Five Guys and Limeyard sign up at the White Rose shopping centre
Land Securities-owned White Rose shopping centre has announced the completion of its new six-strong leisure-led extension, with restauranteurs Five Guys and Limeyard signing up for the two vacant units.
The 65,000 sq ft extension is opening its dining offers in July before a full site launch in Autumn 2017. The scheme homes to deliver the full day-out experience with an 11-screen IMAX Cineworld multiplex, outdoor event space, and bespoke play area alongside its F&B offering.
Limeyard’s third location in country will offer an all-day American kitchen in its 3,100-sq ft restaurant with an additional 700-sq ft mezzanine. Burger brand Five Guys has signed for the final 3,800-sq ft unit in the scheme, joining Wagamama, Chiquito, TGI Friday’s and Pizza Hut.
Rob Jewell, portfolio director at Land Securities, stated, “We’re proud to announce that White Rose’s leisure extension is 100% pre-let ahead of schedule. Five Guys and Limeyard are exceptional additions to the scheme as we extend our leisure offer and develop our night-time trading. This is a defining and active time for the centre, and we have no plans of slowing down with practical completion and the extension’s launch in the coming months.”
