The Brunswick, the mixed-use 1960s development at the heart of Bloomsbury, currently undergoing extensive remodelling and renovation, has signed Hobbs, Decadent Dorothy and Carluccio's as part of the roster of names for its £24 million retail development, due for completion this summer.
Carluccio's has taken a 5,876 sq ft unit, while Hobbs has opted for 3,600 sq ft of space. The signings, plus deals in lawyers' hands, will take the scheme over the 75 per cent pre-let mark and anchor store Waitrose is due to start fitting its largest London store in the next few weeks.
Upon completion Allied London's redevelopment will create 170,000 sq ft of new retail space and will have 40 shops and 400 on-site apartments.
