Salmon Harvester wins planning consent for redevelopment of Cathedral Plaza, Worcester
Salmon Harvester Opportunity Fund has been granted detailed planning consent by Worcester City Council for the redevelopment its 220,000-sq ft Cathedral Plaza shopping centre in the cathedral city. The proposals are for the creation of seven new restaurants overlooking a new public square in front of the cathedral and remodelled shop units, a gym and foodstore.
As well as works to the centre itself, the proposals provide an opportunity to create a new public square where a roundabout between Deansgate and College Street currently sits.
The project would get underway early next year with the new restaurants and shops open for Spring 2016.
Salmon Harvester is being advised by DMR, Hartnell Taylor Cook and Johnson Fellows.
