World Host status for Runcorn shopping centre

Runcorn shopping centre in Cheshire has been credited World Host status for customer service excellence.
Assessed by the National Skills Academy for Retail, every member of the centre team has shown an in-depth understanding of the importance of good customer service, earning the centre Committed Destination status under the World Host programme.
Centre manager, Karl Clawley, said: “Having just been awarded the Park Mark certificate for the fourth time, we are proud to also have our customer service skills recognised. We share WorldHosts passion for great customer service and believe each and every customer at the Runcorn shopping centre deserve to receive tailor made service to satisfy their individual needs.”
The centre has recently undergone a re-brand and launched free Wi-Fi for customers.
