Meet the team...
|Bill has recently been appointed as CEO of EMEA at ShopperTrak. Prior to this Bill spent four years in the CTO role at ShopperTrak and has been instrumental in bringing ShopperTrak’s growing suite of products, including perimeter and interior counting, video analytics and the company’s fully managed service solution, to global retailers. Prior to joining ShopperTrak McCarthy spent nine years as chief operating officer and VP of Technology at ShopLocal, working with some of the largest retailers in the US.||
Todd Starcevich is CEO of Global Malls division for ShopperTrak. Todd joined ShopperTrak, in 2006 and was promoted to Chief Client Operations Officer in 2008. In August 2013, he formally took over ShopperTrak’s newly created business division, focused on developing solutions for mall owners and operators. Todd is currently completing an MBA program at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. He graduated from Northern Michigan University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing.
Nick Gowens is Business Development Manager for the Malls Division at ShopperTrak. He has considerable experience in the retail sector and has worked with a wide range of shopping centre clients across the UK and Europe since beginning his career. Nick joined ShopperTrak in 1999 in order to establish the company’s RCT’s European operation. Prior to this, he held the position of Sales and Marketing Director at FootFall Ltd. Nick is a member of The Chartered Institute of Marketing, The Market Research Society and The Institute of Directors in the UK.
Charlie Taylor is a Regional Sales Manager, he is responsible for developing new business within the EMEA area. In addition, he is responsible for managing existing key customer relationships.Prior to joining ShopperTrak Charlie served in the British Army, commissioning into the Royal Artillery, where he was deployed to Iraq in an intelligence gathering role. For the last 10 years Charlie has worked in client facing roles, where he has been responsible for delivering consultancy services and solutions to a range of blue chip clients throughout the world. In 2009 Charlie was a part of the management team that lead a trade sale of a privately owned security business to a UK based Plc.
Toby Murray is the Regional Manager for the Nordics at ShopperTrak and has helped top retail brands has helped top retail brands use interior analytics to provide concrete and measurable ROI and drive sales through increased conversion rates. Toby's client focused approach to interior analytics has led to him becoming a trusted partner for ShopperTrak’s Interior Analytics Clients.
Sara is a marketing professional with over 10 years’ experience in consumer and B2B marketing. She has worked in varied roles across the retail and leisure industries, where she has developed her expertise in branding and identity, customer relations, PR and event organisation. In her role as Regional Marketing Manager EMEA for ShopperTrak, Sara provides best in class, multi-channel integrated marketing solutions to drive demand and brand awareness in the region. Sara is fluent in Spanish, English and French, has First Class BA Hons in International Tourism Management and an Executive MBA from the IE Business School in Spain.
