DTZ appoints Mike Hatt head of management

Ex-Nelson Bakewell chief exec appointed as head of property management for EMEA

DTZ said the appointment represents an important step in its plans to further develop its market leading European property management business. It currently manages over £35bn of commercial property across Europe.

Prior to joining the firm, Hatt was deputy executive director of Capita Symonds. Between 2001 and 2010, he was group chief executive of management specialist Nelson Bakewell. At DTZ he will be working closely with Paul Harding, Head of EMEA professional services and Catherine Vasseur, Head of UK property management.
