In the quest to engage with over eight million annual visitors to the Vancouver Quarter, Kings Lynn, The Murdock Group has opted for a new development in out of home advertising.
The Northern Irish-based investor company is utilising large format graphic panels to create high impact advertising locations in outdoor areas of shopping centres.
Abbie Panks, marketing manager at the Vancouver Quarter said: “For our first campaign we have established new, prime locations at the three entrances to the complex. We have used the spaces with high footfall to welcome customers into the centre and promote our own discount card. A further four graphic panels in prominent locations promote the availability of WiFi access within the Vancouver Quarter.
“Following on from this campaign we are also looking at resale opportunities for retailers to promote their own businesses within the pedestrianised complex.”
The surface applied graphic panels have been developed by Applied Media of Staffordshire.
Business development director Larry Walsh said: “Until now areas with heavy pedestrian and vehicular traffic have been much underutilised. But we are now transforming these locations into valuable advertising space.”
“The panels are quick and easy to install, very durable and benefit from deemed planning consent. The unique properties of the graphics offer huge potential for a wide range of locations from retail parks and airports to access roads, walkways or parking bays.”
