Jack & Jones and Swarovski have chosen Glasgow Fort shopping park as the location for their first out of town stores

Menswear fashion brand Jack & Jones (owned by Bestseller) and Swarovski (the luxury crystal brand) are to open 2,300-sq ft and 1,700-sq ft stores respectively. They join H&M and New Look in choosing Glasgow Fort as the location for regional flagships, reflecting the retail park’s status as the number one in Scotland, according to CACI.
Dan Clark, asset manager at British Land, said: “Jack & Jones and Swarovski’s decisions to choose Glasgow Fort for UK firsts highlights both its regional dominance, and the growing recognition from leading brands that out of town parks can provide the right combination of space, accessibility, affordability, quality of environment and catchment strength.”
Morgan Williams and Montagu Evans acted on behalf of British Land. CBRE represented Bestseller and Harper Dennis Hobbs acted for Swarovski.
