Trio of deals at The Avenue

The Avenue shopping centre in Newton Mearns, Glasgow, is fully let after securing three deals in two weeks.
The three new retailers are homeware and gift store About Living; Arran Aromatics, the independent Scottish manufacturer of fine fragrance and toiletries, and clothing retailer The Edinburgh Woollen Mill.
Centre manager, Michelle McCabe, said: “I’m delighted to welcome our three new tenants to The Avenue and am certain that our shoppers will be grateful for the expanded retail offering they bring to the local community.
“The fact that this trio of deals means that The Avenue is now fully let suggests that, despite what the doom-mongers might profess, there exist pockets of activity where the retail sector remains very buoyant.”
