Simon Moscow, director, fund management said: "Given the current challenging climate we are delighted with these lettings which are in line with our long term strategy and have kept void rates to a minimum across our funds. We are in an environment where out performance is heavily reliant on active asset management and we continue to add value across all of our schemes."
