Europa win McArthurGlen Designer Outlet contract

Property and support services company Europa has secured a deal to provide facilities management services to McArthurGlen East Midlands Designer Outlet.
The contract includes the provision of cleaning and security services delivered through an on-site team of 28 staff and further supported by Europa’s network of management and central services teams.
This latest win compliments Europa’s existing strength in the retail sector increasing its shopping centre portfolio to over 40 serviced sites covering 14m sq ft of retail space.

The East Midlands Outlet in Derbyshire features more than 70 high street and designer stores, offering up to 60 per cent off RRP, to the centre’s 2.5 million annual customers.
