Two new lettings at Eagles Meadow

LaSalle Investment Management has completed two new lettings at the Eagles Meadow shopping centre in Wrexham
LaSalle has signed a ten year lease with Grainger Games, the UK’s independent video game retailer chain, which will be located next to M&S and Past Times. A five-year lease has also been signed with Trespass Europe, an outdoor clothing shop, which will be situated opposite Wallis in the shopping centre.
Eagles Meadow, which opened to the public in 2008, has attracted a range of popular high street retailers, such as Debenhams, Next, River Island, La Senza and Topshop.
Ruth McFetridge, associate director at LaSalle Investment Management said: “We are delighted with the two new lettings which are consistent with our aspirations to lease the remaining space in the shopping centre and continue to build on the existing strong retail offering in Wrexham.”
