DFS signs at Glamorgan Vale

Orchard Street Investment Management has let 15,264 sq ft at Glamorgan Vale Retail Park, Llantrisant, to DFS
DFS has agreed a new 15-year lease at the 115,000-sq ft retail park located north west of Cardiff. A prominent retail hub with excellent transport links to the surrounding area, Glamorgan Vale Retail Park is let to several well-known national retailers including Matalan, Asda Living, Peacocks, Brantano and Pets At Home.
Anna Bradford, asset manager at Orchard Street, said: “Selecting assets in good locations that will attract high quality tenants is a core part of Orchard Street’s investment approach. This has been the case with Glamorgan Vale Retail Park and we are confident that its location and tenant line up will ensure that it continues to prosper.”
