Aberdeen Property UK Retail Parks Trust signs second tenant for its £25m Brotherhood Shopping Park in Peterborough
Next has entered into a 10 year lease for a total area of 20,000 sq ft, including a full cover mezzanine floor. The store will offer a complete line, including men’s, women’s and children’s clothing ranges together with a gift and home ware selection.
Next and the previously announced letting of Marks & Spencer are both scheduled to open in autumn 2012 and will be the first two retail units to occupy the 11 available at the development.
Asset manager Phil Huby said: "Next is another significant letting for Brotherhood Shopping Park. Alongside Marks & Spencer, it highlights our vision of attracting top end retailers to Peterborough.”
