Arnold Wilcox-Wood joins as centre director jas four new retailers sign at the Rock in Bury
Arnold Wilcox-Wood, joins the team from September 2011, stepping into the role of centre director, previously held by David Laycock. Bury-born Wilcox-Wood brings a wealth of shopping centre experience from some of the biggest schemes across the UK and Russia and is a past winner of a SCEPTRE Award.
He said: “The Rock has started its second year with an incredibly strong commercial and leisure mix and the new signings for quarter four will make The Rock an even more attractive proposition for Christmas. We have a strong campaign of events to drive footfall over the festive season and we’re confident that we’ll smash footfall targets again this year.”
At the same time Simply Be, the online plus size fashion retailer, has signed for 9,580 sq ft while Build-A-Bear; FitforFree and The Waves Hand Car Wash have also joined the tenant list.
