The Mall signs two new retailers for Camberley scheme

The Mall Camberley has strengthened its retailer line-up and signed deals with mobile phone brand 3 and hairdressing chain Rush.

Capital & Regional, asset managers of The Mall Fund, have completed a 10 year lease with 3G UK, trading as 3, for a 1,600 sq ft unit, paying a headline rent of £62,000 per annum.

Rush Hair has also signed a 10 year lease for a 1,000 sq ft store at a rent of £50,000 per annum.

Iain Minto, retail asset manager at Capital & Regional, said: “These lettings are welcome additions to The Mall Camberley and are in-line with our strategy to look continually at how we can strengthen the retailer line-up within our Malls.  We are confident these latest signings will help to drive footfall to the centre”.

The 390,000 sq ft Mall Camberley is anchored by House of Fraser, Boots and Primark. The Mall Fund is asset managed by Capital & Regional and fund managed by Aviva Investors.

The agents for The Mall Camberley are Savills, Michael Peddar & Co acted for 3 UK and JP Retail acted for Rush Hair.
