Festival Place launches Go Home Happy campaign

Published:  12 September, 2011

Festival Place in Hampshire is kicking off a new campaign highlighting its drive to make shopping at the centre a memorable customer experience.

Entitled Go Home Happy and led by the service teams at Festival Place, the campaign spans all touch points with customers from the moment they arrive at the centre and is aimed at encouraging increased footfall through making shopping easier.

Go Home Happy will be promoted via advertising on TV, press, outdoor, in the centre itself, online and on radio.  The first 30-second TV commercial aired at 19:45 during a break of Coronation Street on ITV1 on Monday 12 September.  Other commercials include 10 and 30 second slots during the ITV Early Evening News and during the Champions League Benfica vs. Manchester United match on Wednesday 14 September.

Jane Stewart, marketing manager, Festival Place, said: “At Festival Place, our ethos is to help shoppers enjoy the experience of our centre and to ensure they go home having had a good time.  Go Home Happy is about everything the customer experiences from our well laid out design that makes shops easy to find to the excellent road and train network that makes getting here really simple. It’s also about the little things – the helpful car park attendant, the smile on the face of shop assistants or the offer of help if you’re struggling with bags or buggies. It’s basically about making shopping easier and delightful.”
