New deputy centre manager at Regent Arcade

Keith Willoughby has been appointed by DTZ to be deputy centre manager at Regent Arcade in Cheltenham.

He was previously working for DTZ in Bristol as a building manager and seized this opportunity to expand his facilities management experience.

Keith is in charge of facilities management at the Regent Arcade including the state of the art energy saving systems installed as part of the shopping centre’s recent multi million pound refurbishment.

He said: “Every day is different. I’m really enjoying the new challenge particularly the interaction with tenants. I’ve joined at an exciting phase of the Regent Arcade’s development and look forward to playing my part in ensuring our centre stays at the forefront of retailing in Cheltenham.”

Keith joins an experienced centre management team headed by centre manager John Forward. “We are delighted to welcome Keith to the team,” said Forward. “His previous experience is perfect for the role the fact that he was already working for DTZ means that he is familiar with a lot of our systems here.”
