Eden develops cutting edge B2B communications
Published: 08 August, 2011
Eden shopping centre in High Wycombe has developed a digital information portal that invites new enquiries, acting as a sales tool for the scheme’s agents, as well as updating existing tenants.
The bi-monthly multimedia publication, known as i:eden (see www.ieden.co.uk) updates and informs the industry with the latest news and views about Eden. Packed with photography, video flypasts of available units, news about High Wycombe and its wealthy catchment and even its own TV channel dedicated to interviews with management, tenants and local figureheads.
The first issue, launched In June, received 522 unique views from retailers and agents and its launch competition to win an iPad 2 was entered by over 74 property professionals.
The second issue, in August, focuses on Eden’s leisure offering. E:TV interviews have been filmed with Cineworld, Nandos and Jones Lang Lasalle to provide the industry with the latest information on the centre’s performance.
Steve Wilcock, managing director of FrogBox Marketing said: “Eden is a relatively new, fast moving and growing scheme located in one of the country’s most affluent areas. It is essential that we can communicate up-to-date business information regularly to the industry in an interesting and thought-provoking manner.
“i:eden allows us to deliver key messages whilst giving the viewer a good idea of what Eden looks and feels like as a scheme. At the same time, the leasing team has all the sales collateral they need at their fingertips.”
