Land Rover Bikes arrive at Royal Quays

Bicycles, outdoor gear and coffee are among a range of products on sale from Land Rover as part of its recently opened store at Royal Quays Outlet Centre in Newcastle.
The store, established by Land Rover Bikes, Land Rover's specialist bike licensee, features a complete range of Land Rover Bikes, as well as a collection of Land Rover Gear items.
The store has been taken on a new two-year lease on a turnover rent only.
Peter Everest of asset managers WD Limited, said: “We are delighted to welcome this new outlet store to Royal Quays, Newcastle. We’re creating an exciting new branded offer and opportunity for our shoppers at what is Newcastle’s primary retail destination. Royal Quays is now attracting the increased attention of more premium retail brands who recognise the passion our customers have not only for quality fashion but for branded lifestyle and home creation offers.”
The deal follows on from the arrival of UK’s largest specialist decorative lighting retailer Pagazzi Lighting. The Scottish-based company, originally founded in 1980, has more than a dozen UK stores offering inspirational lighting solutions along with mirrors, rugs and furniture. Pagazzi took a 3,000 sq ft unit at the 140,000 sq ft centre late last year.
Royal Quays, owned by North Shields Investment Properties and managed by WD Limited, is home to more than 50 fashion and home-style shops including Body Shop, Clarks, GAP, Le Crueset, Marks & Spencer, Moss, Next, Nike and Trespass along with Café Thorntons, Costa Coffee among others.
