Two new lettings at Lion Yard

Music-inspired pop culture clothing store Pulp and branded fashion retailer Ark - stocking labels such as Fred Perry and Levi’s - will open this summer at Lion yard shopping centre in Cambridge.  

Pulp has entered into a 10 year lease for a 1,627 sq ft unit at a rent of £210,000 pa.
Ark has entered into a 10 year lease for a 2,137 sq ft unit at a rent of £170,000 pa.

Simon Andrews, director at Aberdeen Asset Management, said: "We are delighted to have signed Pulp and Ark to Lion Yard. They will add to our younger fashion offer as we continue to refresh our line up as Cambridge continues to outperform the national outlook."
