Brandspace appoints Soanes as CEO

Brandspace Group, the commercialisation specialist focused on shopping malls, airports and leisure venues has announced the appointment of Paul Soanes as its new CEO
Soanes replaces the outgoing Steve Hughes, who has left the group to pursue other interests.
Speaking of his appointment, Soanes commented: “On behalf of everybody at Brandspace, I would like to take the opportunity thank Steve and we wish him well for the future. The hard work of the team has put us in the very enviable position of being the UK’s leading shopping mall commercialisation specialist, which represents some fantastic opportunities for our future.
To that end, we have a very clear strategy to increase our portfolio across retail and experiential, as well as delivering growth opportunities for our venue partners. This will be supported by investment in key areas that will maintain our growth and, we believe, further the success story of Brandspace.”
Having founded the original Brandspace business in 2003, Soanes has held the board role of group business development director since selling the business in 2008 to the Promotion Space group.
