Two new appointments at DTZ

DTZ has appointed Tracey Byer as head of sales for UK Property Management services and Jonathan Keeley as head of Portfolio Active Management (PAM).
Tracey will be responsible for driving new client growth and Jonathan will lead PAM teams across the UK.
Tracey has over 14 years’ experience providing property advisory and consulting services for leading global corporations and was previously head of UK Occupier Services at DTZ.
Tracey said: “I am looking forward to this new challenge. DTZ is one of the largest property management providers in the UK and offers an extensive and comprehensive service. The aim now is to build on this to create one of the top tier property management service providers in the UK.”
Jonathan has over 20 years’ experience in the real estate sector and has worked at DTZ since 1989. He has extensive experience of providing expertise to high profile investor clients with landmark buildings, both in the UK and across continental Europe.
“This is an exciting new role for me,” said Jonathan. “I am looking forward to helping DTZ to drive its property management business even further through leading the PAM teams across the UK.”
