The Sting, the Dutch fashion retailer, has announced plans to open its second London store in Westfield Stratford, as part of its UK expansion plans

The Dutch fashion retailer has taken the 20,000 sq ft store in the new Westfield Stratford centre, and plans to be ready for trading when the centre opens in September.

The Sting opened its first store, in the iconic former Tower Records unit on Regent Street, in summer 2010. The store sells 25 brands and the retailer has more than 80 shops across Holland, Belgium and Germany.
The retailer is advised by Harper Dennis Hobbs, and David Harper said: “This is an exciting time as we move forward with The Sting’s UK growth strategy. There are also plans for further UK expansion in the near future.’’

The landlord was advised by CBRE and DTZ.
