Kurt Geiger and Nine West have signed new leases at Whiteleys Shopping Centre, London, W2.

Nine West will be introducing a new store design concept at Whiteleys, which will be the first in Europe, and Kurt Geiger will join over 52 stores and 19 fashion brands in the London centre.

Ed Jenkins, head of UK retail at Standard Life Investments, said, “I am delighted that we have secured two such high-quality footwear brands for the centre.  They both provide excellent additions to our core fashion tenant mix and will help to drive customer flow and retail sales at Whiteleys."

Both stores will be open by end of June.

Standard Life Investments was represented by CWM and Cushman & Wakefield and Harrods Estates acted for the retailers.
