Royal Quays sees flurry of lettings

WD has secured five new openings in the last eight weeks at the Royal Quays Outlet Centre in North Shields, Newcastle
The Edinburgh Woollen Mill and Ponden Home have opened in a 3,500-sq ft unit.at the Royal Quays Outlet Centre in North Shields, Newcastle. The unit occupies a prime double frontage and has been let on a five-year lease with turnover rent and service charge.
In a string of new stores opening at Royal Quays specialist music retailer, Enjoy Muzic has just opened and Land Rover Bikes, Land Rover's specialist bike licensee, has taken a store to sell a complete range of Land Rover Bikes, as well as a collection of Land Rover Gear items.The store has been taken on a new two-year lease on a turnover rent only.
The deal follows on from the arrival of UK’s largest specialist decorative lighting retailer Pagazzi Lighting.
Royal Quays Outlet Centre comprises 54 outlet stores anchored by Marks & Spencer Outlet, Next Clearance, Gap Outlet, Nike Factory Store and C&J Clark.
