Turn Key has been appointed by High Wycombe’s Eden shopping centre to roll out a 14-month consumer engagement campaign.

Turn Key will utilise marketing and digital techniques to fulfill the centre’s  aim to become one of the most exciting retail and leisure locations in the UK.

The Leeds-based agency won the consumer brief after a three-way pitch process – adding Eden to a retail destination portfolio which includes Victoria Quarter in Leeds, Met Quarter in Liverpool, The Exchange in Nottingham as well as fashion brands such as Thomas Sabo, N.Peal and Cadeaux.

Eden marketing manager, Niamh Crowley, said: “Turn Key really impressed us with its strategic approach, grasp of our brand aspirations and superb creativity. The team demonstrated great understanding of our target market and our competition, so we feel the agency is the perfect choice for this incredibly exciting campaign.”

Mike Robinson, head of marketing at Turn Key, added: “We’re delighted to be working with a brand like Eden that wants to push boundaries and truly excite consumers. Retail is a highly competitive arena so our creative concepts and execution have been developed not only to capture the imagination of shoppers, but to highlight the breadth and quality of the retail and leisure offering available at Eden, establishing the centre as a must visit destination.”
