New director joins Drivers Jonas Deloitte’s investment team

Jonathan Wynne has joined Drivers Jonas Deloitte as a director in the retail investment team.

Wynne brings 14 years experience in the retail investment sector as an established investment advisor. Wynne has specific expertise in the shopping centre sector throughout the UK, continental Europe and Russia.

Wynne, together with Simon Williams, will grow the Drivers Jonas Deloitte retail investment practice as part of the wider transactions and retail teams. Wynne’s focus will be retail investment, specifically shopping centres in the UK and Europe.

Simon Williams, partner at Drivers Jonas Deloitte, said: “Jonathan joins at a pivotal time as our retail transactions business goes from strength to strength having already transacted over £200m worth of deals since our team’s conception in October 2010. We are actively recruiting and will continue to grow the team as the new business aligns with the markets currently served by Deloitte including retail investors and developers as well as banks, and the public sector. The services we offer are procurement, investment advisory, strategic asset management and investment acquisition and disposals. I’m delighted to welcome Jonathan on board.”

Previous employment was with Gooch Cunliffe Whale, DTZ, Donaldsons and Nelson Bakewell. 

Wynne is based in the firm’s West End office.
