Colliers International appoints Stuart La Frenais as its new divisional head of retail

La Frenais previously spent 11 years at Jones Lang LaSalle where latterly he was head of retail and was instrumental in JLL’s acquisition of the Churston Heard business.

Tony Horrell, chief executive at Colliers International, who himself joined from JLL, said: “I have known Stuart for a long time and we are delighted to have Stuart joining our team. His knowledge and expertise in the UK retail market will greatly enhance our retail offer to clients.

“Stuart will no doubt prove to be an invaluable asset as we look to push our retail operations forward.”

The move follows the recent appointments of Rob Fay and Nick Round to the Colliers retail team, and forms part of Horrell’s ongoing strategy of bringing in a number of senior level hires during 2011.
