Two new openings at Lowry Outlet Mall

Published:  26 April, 2011

The Lowry Outlet Mall has signed two new retailers, quality homeware store Ponden Home, classic clothing brand The Edinburgh Woollen Mill.

The Edinburgh Woollen Mill, which opened on Thursday, stocks quality ladies clothing and its signature menswear brand, James Pringle.

The Ponden Home store, which opened on Friday, will feature soft furnishings, bedding, bathroom accessories, Egyptian cotton towels and a wide range of ready-made curtains and blinds.

Centre manager, Robert Hallworth, said: “The new store openings are a great start to the Easter weekend. The mixed fashion category in particular is performing very well, in March we saw sales up 30.5 per cent year-on-year thanks to retailers like Gap Outlet, Marks & Spencer, Whistles, Tessuti and Flannels, and we’re confident April will see similar results.”

The two new lettings follow the recent opening of designer menswear brand Tussuti.
