Blackpool
DC Franchisee t/a Pandora has taken a 10-year lease on the 740-sq ft Unit 11 A Houndhill shopping centre at an initial rent of £60,000 pa. Stephen Kane & Company acts on behalf of Pandora UK and its franchisees. Jones Lang LaSaalle acted for the Houndhill landlord Modus Corovest.
Clydebank
UBS Global Asset Managers Ltd has let Unit 5, Clyde Retail Park, to Sports Direct. The unit comprises a gross internal area of 7,610 sq ft and has been let for 10 years at a rent of £114,150 pa. Sports Direct was represented by Savills; UBS Global Asset Managers Ltd was represented by Eric Young & Co.
Leicester
Porcelanosa has let a 12,560-sq ft retail warehouse at 8 Counting House to Dreams on a new 10 year lease at £100,000 pa or £7.96 per sq ft. Brasier Freeth was letting agent and Wilkinson Williams advised the tenant.
Liverpool
Frogmore has achieved two new lettings at its Belle Vale shopping centre. Trang Thu Thi Hoang t/a Nail Bar has taken the 426-sq ft Unit 4 on a new five-year lease at £10,500 pa with a tenant's break option at the end of the second year. And BarbJohn has taken the 618-sq ft Unit 7 on a new two-year lease at £5,000 pa in the first year and £10,000 pa in the second after two months rent free. There is a mutual break option at the end of the first year. Legat Owen and Tushingham Moore are letting agents.
Sleaford
Lincoln Corn Exchange and Market has let Unit 1, the Riverside shopping centre to Costa on a new10-year lease at £30,000 pa. Legat Owen was letting agent.
