The Pallasades shopping centre, Birmingham, has appointed Warren Greatrex as operations manager.

Warren joins The Pallasades from the Crowngate shopping centre in Worcester where he was retail liaison manager. He has over 15 years of retail experience, 10 of which within operations and facilities management.

Warren’s key objective at The Pallasades is to maintain a clean, safe and welcoming environment for shoppers and passing traffic during the redevelopment works of the centre.

“This is an extremely exciting time for The Pallasades and the regeneration of the centre is of great interest to a vast number of people,” he said. “I am very proud to be part of the project and believe the next few years will be very rewarding.

“I will be working alongside the general manager Jonathan Cheetham to achieve my primary aim to maintain a pleasant experience for everyone who visits the centre as well as support our retailers during this time of transition.”

Jonathan Cheetham added: “Warren has come on board during a key period for The Pallasades and I am looking forward to working with him to face the challenges ahead, delivering our ongoing commitment to ensure the centre becomes a prime shopping location in Birmingham.”
