DTZ adds to shopping centre investment team

DTZ has strengthened its shopping centre investment team with the appointment of James Williams as director in retail investment. James, who is currently a director in the Business Space Investment team at DTZ, will join the team at the start of April and his role will focus on shopping centres.

James has worked within the Business Space Investment team at DTZ since 1999, providing capital markets advice to a broad range of institutions and property companies.

He said: “I am delighted to be moving to the retail division. I look forward to an exciting new challenge; utilising my nine years of investment market experience and client base to enhance our capabilities in the sector and working closely with our market-leading leasing and asset management teams.”

Mark Williams, senior director in Retail Investment at DTZ added: “James brings a huge amount of significant investment experience to this role. He is an important addition to the team, which we will be seeking to strengthen even further in the coming months.”
