Robert Goodman, Centre Director, One New Change
                                                                                  

Robert was appointed to Centre Director, One New Change in the City of London. The £540m Land Securities mixed use development opened successfully in October 2010.

Robert is passionate about growing business for the benefit of customers, shareholders, stakeholders and colleagues. This has included roles in high street stores, UK and european airports and railway hubs and more recently shopping centres.

Previously Centre Director at Milton Keynes Shopping Centre from March 2007 during this time the centre was awarded BCSC Gold for established centre 2010, a Sunday Times Best Green Company and Sceptre Manager of the Year - Large Centre 2010.

Prior to that Robert held a number of roles in BAA plc the last being Retail, Marketing and Commercial Contracts Director at Budapest Airport, Hungary. Other roles included Retail Director BAA Scotland, Head of Retail and Developments at Gatwick Airport, and in BAA’s World Duty Free business in Heathrow and France.

Prior to airport retailing, Robert gained extensive retail experience with Marks and Spencer plc in a number of store and head office roles.

Robert holds a BSc Degree from London University.
