Bingley
Mumtaz Group is to open a new delicatessen at 5Rise Shopping Centre. It has secured a prominent 1,185-sq ft shop for Jaldi Jaldi at 5Rise that fronts onto the main high street. It has committed to a 15-year lease at 5Rise at a commencing rent of £28,000 pa.
Camberley
Poundland has taken a new ten-year lease on 2/4 Cambridge Walk, providing 4,025 sq ft at ground floor level with a 2,152-sq ft first floor. The commencing rent is £130,000 pa. Poundland was represented by Capital Retail and The Mall Corporation was represented by Cormac McNabb.
Ellesmere Port
Grainger Games has taken the 900-sq ft 17 Mercer Walk, The Port Arcades, on a new ten-year lease at £33,500 pax. The tenant received 12 months’ rent free and a capital contribution of £16,750. Richard Lucas Consulting and Tushingham Moore were letting agents on behalf of Frogmore.

Poundland has taken a new ten-year lease on Units 16-19 Isaac Newton Centre from Wm Morrison Supermarkets. The unit provides 7,560 sq ft on ground floor and the commencing rent is £150,000 pa. Wm Morrison Supermarkets was represented by Rapleys.
Great Yarmouth
Poundland has taken a new ten-year lease on the 5,715-sq ft Unit A2 Gapton Retail Park, from Electricity Supplies Nominees. The commencing rent is £145,000 pa. Poundland was represented by Thomson Heaney and Electricity Supplies Nominees by Curson Soweby.
Holyhead
Poundland has taken a new ten-year lease on the 10,000-sq ft Unit 5 Holyhead Retail Park, from Threadneedle Property Investments. The commencing rent is £135,000 pa. Poundland was presented by Thompson Heaney and Threadneedle Property Investments by Wilkinson Williams.
Kilburn, London NW6
TKMaxx has taken a 21,932-sq ft retail unit at 142-144 Kilburn High Road from landlord KS UK Properties. The retailer has signed a new ten-year lease at £500,000 pa. Molyneux Rose advised the landlord and Morgan Williams the tenant.

Poundland has taken a new ten-year lease on 5-6 Droylsden Shopping Centre, from Wrather & Co. The unit provides 6,700 sq ft of ground floor sales and the commencing rent is £100,000 pa. Poundland was represented by Tushingham Moore and Wrather & Co by Cheetham & Mortimer.
Newry
Poundland has taken a new ten-year lease on the 7,975-sq ft Unit 36-37 Buttercrane Centre. The commencing rent is £255,000 pa. Poundland was represented by TDK Property and Buttercrane was represented by BTWShiells
