Aberdeen Asset Management signs two in Staines

Aberdeen Asset Management has added two new restaurants to its Two Rivers Shopping Centre

Modern Indian restaurant Urban Zing has signed a new 15-year lease for a 1,726-sq ft unit at a rent of £85,000 pa. And Mitchells & Butler t/a Harvester has signed a new 25-year lease for a 6,000-sq ft unit at a rent of £120,000 pa. The operator is taking over unit after the previous the lease to Eldridge Pope t/a Que Pasa was surrendered.

Simon Moscow, Director – Fund Management at Aberdeen Asset Management said: "We are delighted to have signed Urban Zing and Harvester as new tenants at Two Rivers. The two restaurants join the established quality line up of family eateries which include Frankie and Bennys, Ask, Pizza Hut, Nandos and Spur Steakhouse."
