Propinvest have appointed Steve Seymour as centre manager at the Airedale Centre in Keighley.

He joins the team with over 15 years experience having previously worked at Crossgates Centre and The Light in Leeds, Kirkgate Centre, Bradford and the Grosvenor Centre, Northampton.

The Airedale Centre has recently been acquired by Delancey as part of the Blade portfolio, with the sale due to be completed in March.

Steve said: “Having spent the last seven years successfully redeveloping a community shopping centre at Crossgates, I’m looking to use this experience and my knowledge of Brownfield developments and refurbishments to re-develop the Airedale Centre with the new owners and in doing so support the regeneration of Keighley.

“Part of this will be to attract new successful local independent, regional and national retailers to the centre improving the shopping offer both at the Centre and in Keighley.

“The Airedale Centre is the hub of the shopping experience in Keighley and essential in the growth, employment and sustainability of the town. I’m very excited about the opportunity I’ve been given and want to become a part of the Keighley community in all aspects.”
