Ross McCall’s role is all about partnerships! He is responsible for developing relationships with iconic brands, niche retailers and leisure providers. Through a collaborative approach to business (and a vivid imagination), Ross has engineered projects that surprise, delight and exceed expectations of all involved. He works with centre management teams and surveyors to create a dynamic business plan and a centre vision, then coaches and nurtures the team to deliver on their goals. - Deliivered seven years sustained business growth on behalf of clients.
- Developed and managed the most successful and highest grossing Commercialisation budget within any retail asset in the UK. (Circa £6m at Bluewater.)
- Created, deployed and managed a pan-European business model for maximising commercialisation on behalf of international clients.
- Pre-opening consultancy and valuation appointments for a range of clients, including Legal and General, Lend Lease, Park Investment and National Australia Bank Group.
- Consultancy appointments and secondments to Hermes and PruPim.
