Rockspring clients buy Maybrook Retail Park, Canterbury

Cheshire West and Chester Borough Council Pension Fund complete £17m retail park purchase

Cheshire West and Chester Borough Council Pension Fund (clients of Rockspring Property Investment Managers ) have bought the Maybrook Retail Park, Canterbury from Downham Properties.

The 62,800-sq ft retail park, comprising six units, was purchased for £17.453m. Tenants are Dave Wheelan Sports, JJB Sports, Halfords, Maplin Electronics, Marks & Spencer Simply Food and Scotco Restaurants (trading as KFC).
