Retail Profile signs first German contract

Spaceandpeople’s subsidiary Retail Profile Europe has signed a major contract with German shopping centre management company ECE Projektmanagement to install and operate RMUs across its portfolio.
Under the five year contract, Retail Profile Europe will provide RMU leasing, management, marketing and operations services starting with two major Hamburg centres in the run-up to Christmas. The full programme will roll-out in the first quarter of 2011 and it is anticipated that approximately 200 RMUs will be in operation by the end of 2012.
The contract is the first that Retail Profile has signed in Germany and follows on from the successful announcement that gross revenues for SpaceandPeople Germany were up 59 per cent on the same period last year.
