CVAs back in the spotlight

The Speciality Retail Group administration, shortly after it went through the CVA process, has once again thrust CVAs into the spotlight

A breakfast seminar in London next week will look at the current state of play in this controversial area, with particular emphasis on the recent Miss Sixty case.
