Superdry and Dwell set up shop at Touchwood

New lettings as centre report 12th consecutive month of sales growth

Superdry and homeware retailer Dwell are set to becthome the latest brands to join Lend Lease’s Touchwood shopping centre in Solihull. Superdry has taken a 15 year lease on a 7,100-sq ft unit whilst Dwell has signed a lease for 10 years on a 6,900-sq ft unit. 

The stores are the latest additions to the line up at Touchwood following recent deals to Pret A Manger, Ask, Bank and Giraffe. 

Owner Lend Lease said Touchwood is outperforming the UK market sales growing every month over the past year. In September sales were up 15.7% year on year

Guy Thomas, head of leasing at Lend Lease, said: “Touchwood continues to go from strength to strength and we’re currently in advanced negotiations with an additional two companies.”
