Three new retailers at The Ridings

The Ridings shopping centre in Wakefield has welcomed three new retailers totalling over 6,700 sq ft.
Fish pedicure spa, Love Your Feet, is the latest tenant to join the line up at the shopping centre having taken a 600 sq ft unit. Toymaster has taken over a 3,600 sq ft unit and Second Chance Headway, a charity that supports those with severe brain damage, has agreed a three year lease.
Retailers Clarks and Gimme Gizmos have also renewed their leases.
Mark Holmes, investment and asset manager at Moorfield Real Estate Fund which owns the centre, said: “These new deals signal the broad spectrum of tenants housed at The Ridings shopping centre which include leading high street names, boutique retailers, spas and charities.
“Throughout 2010 the centre has continued to perform well and in addition to these new lettings we also recently welcomed PerfectHome. I am delighted to say that we continue to receive enquiries from interested tenants wanting to locate in The Ridings and the centre remains almost fully let.”
The Ridings provides 265,000 sq ft of retail space on three levels, a wide range of restaurants and cafes and over 1,000 car parking spaces.
