Land Securities is rolling out new frozen yoghurt brand Yoomoo across its UK malls

A Yoomoo mall kiosk opened at St David’s earlier this month with a similar site at the White Rose Shopping Centre nearing completion. The new UK brand was launched to replicate the success of similar frozen yoghurt brands across the US, where the market is now worth $718m.

After launching in Harrods, the regional roll out represents a significant expansion for Yoomoo as it is introduced at Cardiff St Davids and White Rose Shopping Centre, Leeds.

Jo Morris, Land Securities' head of commercialisation said: “Yoomoo promises to add significant value to our retail assets by attracting families who want a healthy, dietary food option and offering a new lifestyle destination.

“It is a category that is set for expansion and a brand that holds significant promise for all consumers. Frozen yoghurt is a relatively new concept for the UK, although it has been established and hugely popular in other countries for many years because of its role as a zero fat alternative to other snacks.”
