DTZ’s Philip Evans moves to C&R

Capital & Regional has announced that it has appointed Philip Evans as national property manager. Philip previously spent five years within DTZ’s retail asset management team.

Working across all of C&R's portfolios, Philip will be a key member of the team, reviewing new investment opportunities as C&R seeks to expand its business.

Mark Bourgeois, managing director of shopping centres at C&R said: "We are very pleased to have recruited Phil and look forward to welcoming him within the next few weeks.
