Three new lettings at Old George Mall

The Old George Mall in Salisbury has announced the signing of Boston Tea Party, Fat Face and Hotel Chocolat.
Boston Tea Party has taken a 5,500 sq ft store on a 15 year lease, Fat Face has a taken a 3,134 sq ft unit on a 10 year lease, and Hotel Chocolat has taken a 1,211 sq ft store on a 5 year lease. All three stores are expected to be open by mid-November.
These new deals come after the recent opening of a new 8,500 sq ft Topshop/Topman unit. The managers of Doughty Hanson which owns the mall hope that the recent lettings will help attract additional fashion and premium retail brands to the property and enhance the appeal of Salisbury as a shopping destination.
Clay Collier an associate at Doughty Hanson said: “The news is part of a predetermined strategy to raise the retail profile at Old George Mall in Salisbury. The property is currently undergoing a major enhancement programme with the latest news following on from Topshop & Topman recently joining the scheme and existing retailer Russell & Bromley signing a new lease.”
