Love coffee, which took over 13 stores from BB’s Coffee &Muffins following its administration, has opened a 1,894-sq ft store in Crystal Peaks shopping centre in Sheffield as part of a target to open 25 new stores by the end of the year.

Shashi Patel, managing director at Love Coffee, said: “We are delighted to have opened our 19th outlet at Crystal Peaks. The management staff at the centre have been extremely helpful throughout the lettings and fit out process and it is testament to the quality of the centre that trading has been really positive since opening. It puts us well on track to meet our growth target of 25 new cafes across the UK by the end of the year.”

Ian Cody, asset manager at Hermes Real Estate, said: “The arrival of Love Coffee to the centre comes at a very exciting time for Crystal Peaks. Not only does this follow on from the recent letting of another unit to fashion retailer A&J Menswear, the centre has also been recognised of late for its leading environmental credentials.”

Cushman and Wakefield and Douglas Stevens acted for Hermes Real Estate. Harper Dennis Hobbs advised Love Coffee.
