Aberdeen Asset Management welcome Yo! Sushi and Poundland to two of their shopping centres.
Yo! Sushi has signed 15 year lease for a 1,915 sq ft ground floor unit with basement at Lion Yard shopping Centre, Cambridge, a base rent of £130,000 plus turnover.
Simon Andrews, asset management director, said: "We are delighted to have signed Yo! Sushi as a new restaurant for Lion Yard. This will greatly add to the lunch and dining offer in the City, near to the recently opened Jamie’s Italian and round the corner from Carluccios. We have created this unit out of the ground floor accommodation that had previously been occupied by River Island and it has allowed us to boost the Lion Yard catering line up as the City continues to outperform."
Aberdeen Asset Management were advised jointly by Smith Price and Lunson whilst Yo! Susi were represented by Twenty Retail.
AAM has also announced a new letting with Poundland at The Octagon shopping centre, Burton-upon-Trent.
Poundland has doubled the size of its first ever store signing a new 10 year lease at £140,000 pa.
