Bridge Business Recovery to liquidate Sixty UK

Published:  21 September, 2010

Following the revocation of Sixty’s CVA in the High Court in July, Rob Horton and Tony Murphy of Bridge Business Recovery have been appointed liquidators to Sixty UK.

The Sixty CVA was held to be unfairly prejudicial to Mourant, the landlord of the Miss Sixty and Energie store in Liverpool. Horton and Murphy previously acted as joint supervisors in the landmark PRG Powerhouse CVA.

Rob Horton said: “We will undertake a full inquiry into the company’s affairs to identify potential avenues to recover funds for the creditors and will vigorously pursue recovery.

“The inquiry will include the stewardship of the company by its board and will extend to the conduct of the former administrators and supervisors and their advisers.”
