Five new lettings at the Trafford Centre

Published:  20 September, 2010

The Trafford Centre in Manchester is set to welcome a variety of new and familiar retailers, totalling 9,627 sq ft of space.

Chester multi-branded indie retailer Tessuti will open a 3,165 sq ft store on October 20, luxury shoe retailer Kurt Geiger has taken a 2,070 sq ft store, and Cadwaladers ice cream parlour has signed for a 2,040 sq ft unit – their first major venture outside Wales.

Hotel Chocolat  exchanged contract and shop fitting on the 1,201 sq ft unit will begin on October 1.

The Perfume Shop have signed for their second shop in Trafford Centre’s Barton Square, taking 1,151 sq ft of space.

On top of these new lettings, the centre last week welcomed Pauls Boutique owner, Paul Slade to take a customising class in BANK, which saw a queue of customers waiting for the workshop to begin.

“Sales at BANK Trafford Centre are the best in the whole group, that’s why we choose this branch for our first customising class,” said Slade.
